Pedestrian Dies in Fatal Lake Elsinore Car Crash
23-year-old Jason Lee Didominic was struck in a serious car wreck that occurred on October 27, 2011, around 3:45 a.m. near Joy Street. According to sheriff’s officials, Didominic was walking in the middle of the eastbound lane of Riverside Drive when he was hit by a vehicle. The victim suffered many broken bones and major head injuries. He died at the scene.
The motorist, who was headed to work, did not see Didominic in time to avoid him. The driver told police that the victim was dressed in all dark clothes, making him difficult to see in the early hours of the morning. From the available information, it appears that negligence on the part of the car driver led to this fatal car wreck. The accident is under investigation.
The victim’s family members should immediately seek counsel from an experienced Riverside County pedestrian accident lawyer who would educate them about their legal rights.
Our law office offers sincere condolences to all those who knew and loved Didominic for such a heart rendering loss.
