Victim's Family Seeks to Educate About San Diego DUI Car Accidents
In January of 2006, Derek Ritter was only 48 years old when he was hit by a San Diego car driver high on methamphetamines, killing Ritter and leaving behind a fatherless family. The Ritter family is prepared to not see a cent of the money, as Osuna as his girlfriend have no insurance and very little money, but they are content.
