Fatal San Diego Pedestrian Accident on State Route 94
A pedestrian on San Diego's State Route 94 who was killed last week has recently been identified.
Patrick Edward Crowe, 51, was the victim of the fatal pedestrian accident in San Diego when he was reportedly dancing on the shoulder of highway state Route 94 when he ran into traffic last week was identified on Tuesday by the Medical Examiner's Officer.
Crowe had been dancing on the San Diego freeway just east of Kenwood Drive in the Casa de Oro area around 10:45 a.m. on Friday when he leapt into the path of an oncoming vehicle, according to the California Highway Patrol. He was pronounced dead about 15 minutes later. At this time, authorities have not determined where Crowe lived and do not know if he was employed.
