Residential areas have increased chances of child play and can be much more likely to have children running out into the street or making sudden appearances due to chasing balls or riding bikes, as is well known. Even non-residential areas could have children or pedestrians in general and it is important to pay attention and stay alert to the road and travelers and pedestrians along it.
